Description : The project, led by UNICEF and in partnership with UN-HABITAT and MoWR, aimed at a more capacitated government to improve urban water utilities service delivery and service planning. Terre Solidali role was, among others: to carry out alternative water studies in four towns, design of 8-year financial plans, 25-year Master plans, 8-year Industrial plans for Erigavo, Borama and Wa’jaale, introduce a modern computerized billing systems on OpenERP platform (WIMS) in Borama, Erigavo and Wa’jaale PPP Utilities, to supervise the construction work of Wajaale water supply system.
