Description : in the framework of FAO / World Bank collaboration for the improvement of Somali production centres such as slaughterhouses and markets, Terre Solidali will be responsible for the institutional building and management training aspects to develop or enhance the Financial and Information Technologies management systems of the targeted production centres: one slaughterhouse in Boroma (Somaliland) and one in Bosasso (Puntland). This intervention would also represent the necessary practical aspects of the institutional building process carried out by Terre Solidali both within the public Institution at central level (Ministries of Livestock) and the peripheral ones (municipalities). The cadres and personnel involved in the construction of the two slaughterhouses will have the opportunity of practical applications of concepts, procedures and best practices knowledge and skills gained from Terre Solidali institutional building and training, in collaboration with the Italian National Research Council – Institute of International Legal Studies (CNR-ISGI). In fact, they will be able to manage modern tools like financial, accounting and human resources management systems, thus reports for public and/or external funding, Private Public Partnership (PPP) policies/contracts, procurement, tenders and so on.

Breve descrizione : nell’ambito della collaborazione FAO / World Bank per il miglioramento dei centri di produzione Somali come macelli e mercati, Terre Solidali sarà responsabile degli aspetti formativi sulla gestione e il rafforzamento istituzionale al fine di sviluppare o migliorare i sistemi di gestione F & IT nei suddetti centri di produzione: un macello a Boroma (Somaliland) ed uno a Bosasso (Puntland). Questo intervento rappresenterà anche i necessari aspetti pratici del processo di rafforzamento istituzionale intrapreso da Terre Solidali sia presso le istituzioni pubbliche centrali (Ministero della Zootecnia) che periferici (municipalità). Il personale implicato nella costruzione dei due macelli avrà l’opportunità di applicare praticamente le competenze e le conoscenze sui concetti, le procedure e le migliori pratiche ottenute dalla formazione e dal rafforzamento istituzionale sviluppato da Terre Solidali in collaborazione con il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche – Istituto di Studi Giuridici Internazionali (CNR-ISGI). In effetti, questi amministratori saranno in grado di gestire moderni strumenti quali sistemi di gestione finanziaria, contabile e delle risorse umane, e di utilizzarli sia nel lavoro quotidiano dell’amministrazione pubblica che per sviluppare nuovi programmi, politiche e contratti PPP (partneriato pubblico – privato), gare di appalto per la fornitura di beni e servizi, ecc.
