Description : to consolidate and improve the “Tailored Accounting, H.R. Management and Budgeting Computerised Systems” carried out a series of interventions to enhance the managerial and institutional capacity through the training of staff and civil servants of public institutions and public/private service providers in a number of subjects regarding revenue and tax collection for services provided (mainly water, communications, electric power but it is suitable also for government tax collection). The training was supported and completed by introducing tailored information management tools.

Beneficiaries’ feasible and required priority modules were identified and developed to improve the management of the billing system – and the debits and credits historical management in general - with subsequent qualitative and quantitative improvement of services delivered.

Descrizione : a completamento del “Sistema computerizzato ad hoc di Contabilitá, Gestione del Personale e Budget”, il progetto ha eseguito una serie di interventi volti al miglioramento delle capacitá gestionali ed istituzionali tramite la formazione di personale e di funzionari delle Istituzioni Pubbliche e di fornitori di servizi pubblici o privati su tematiche diverse relative alla fornitura di servizi (principalmente acqua, telefono, elettricitá ma adattabile anche alla raccolta delle tasse per autorizzazioni o servizi pubblici forniti).

Modelli fattibili e coerenti con le priorità dei singoli beneficiari sono stati identificati e sviluppati per migliorare la gestione della fatturazione e piu’ in generale quella dei debiti e crediti con un conseguente miglioramento qualitativo e quantitativo dei servizi stessi.

Beneficiaries : Boroma Power House (BPH), Boroma Water Company (SHABA), Africa on Line telephone company (AoL), NFS electricity company (NFS), Somaliland Electricity Agency (SEA), ALOOG Electricity Company.
