Summary:
The project was born from the willingness of a group of friends, former schoolmates 30 years ago,
who found themselves unanimously committed to assist the third world, particularly the most disadvantaged
children. Thanks to their personal contributions and fund raising, each year some scholarships are
allocated to ensure a better future to deserving pupils who are without means and economic resources.
Sommario : Il progetto è nato per volontà di un gruppo di amici ex compagni di scuola (30 anni fa!)
che si ritrovano accomunati dall’impegno a favore del terzo mondo, in particolare per aiutare i bambini svantaggiati.
Grazie ai loro personali contributi ed alla raccolta di fondi, ogni anno verranno assegnate alcune borse di studio
per assicurare un futuro migliore a studenti meritevoli ma privi di mezzi e risorse economiche.
The project is not limited to mere handouts but intends to provide practical support to children who,
despite an unfortunate and sometime tragic past, demonstrate strong willingness and commitment to
redeem themselves and to succeed in their future. For the 2009 school year Peter, Juliana, Hellen, Brian,
Joseph, Paul, Stephen and Anthony received everything they needed in terms of uniforms, backpacks, textbooks,
notebooks, cases,
pens, pencils, etc. Their only concern is now to study and keep on pursuing their goals.
Beneficiaries : Yearly 8 Orphans or disadvantaged children in the
suburbs of Nairobi

Cost of one annual scholarship:
Years 1 to 4 = Euro 240; Years 5 to 8 = Euro 320
Costo annuale per una borsa di studio :
elementari = 240 €; medie = 320 €
