Description : Vulnerable groups in the target region are subjected
to continued and overt human rights abuses and exploitation; among them women and mentally disabled or
ill (including PTSD) are especially exploited, isolated and marginalized. However focusing on a human
rights approach and on a gender
perspective will eventually reduce this vicious cycle and might also promote job continuities.

Nella regione, i gruppi vulnerabili sono soggetti a continue e palesi violazioni dei diritti
umani ed allo sfruttamento; fra tutti, le donne, i disabili mentali e i malati (inclusi PTSD)
sono particolarmente sfruttati, isolati ed emarginati. Il progetto, focalizzandosi su un approccio
di attenzione ai diritti umani e su una prospettiva di genere,
cercherà di ridurre questo circolo vizioso e di promuovere la continuità di lavoro.

for income generation, education and healthcare development sectors to marginalized women and vulnerable
groups and rights advocacy to needy society groups.
PASWE, istituito nel 2008 come ente governativo incaricato di fornire vari servizi per la generazione di reddito,
l’istruzione e lo sviluppo sanitario a favore di donne emarginate, di gruppi vulnerabili e
per la difesa dei diritti delle fasce più deboli.
