Description :
the action aims at creating and consolidating market mechanisms capable of ensuring a sustainable job
creating environment. The objective will be reached through a series of interventions addressing various
components of the local economy. The public services sector is addressed through the design and implementation
of PPP structures in support of the meat chain system.
The construction and meat chain sectors are addressed through support of a management structure and through provision
of infrastructures essential for sector expansion. The construction sector is tackled through a job creation
mechanism that will focus on the most vulnerable sectors of society. All components are supported by focused
capacity building actions.

l’azione intende sviluppare e consolidare meccanismi di mercato tali da stabilizzare un ambiente favorevole
alla creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro. L’obiettivo sarà raggiunto attraverso azioni dirette al sostegno
delle diverse componenti dell’economia locale. Nel settore dei servizi pubblici, un meccanismo di PPP sarà
ideato e messo in opera per la filiera della carne. Il settore delle costruzioni e la filiera della carne
sono anche interessate da un supporto alle strutture gestionali e alle infrastrutture necessarie all’espansione del settore.
Il settore costruzioni vedrà fra l'altro la strutturazione di meccanismi per la creazione di posti di lavoro
con un forte focus sui settori più vulnerabili della società. Tutte le componenti sono supportate da una mirata
azione di capacity building.
